Sugarloaf cabbage: A more conical shape than the drumhead, same flavour and usually smaller than drumheads, these are are approx 1-1.2kg each. Just lovely - raw or cooked. 

Try making your own sauerkraut, very easy and so good to support gut/brain health. Tip! keep a couple of fresh outer leaves for under the weights in jar or crock.
