Lime Tahitian certified organic kg

Australian certified organic Tahitian limes are coming into season now, peak time is around December - April. 

I love using the zest in cakes and what's more refreshing on a hot day that a glass of filtered sparkling water with squeeze & a slice of lime with a sprig of fresh mint.

Before juicing a lime or any citrus, roll the fruit on the bench, add a little pressure with your hand before cutting & squeezing. .
