Remember the lid! Add just a couple of corn kernels 3 or 4 add the lid, shake the pan\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen the kernels pop, add the remaining ½ cup kernels (this lets you know that the oil is hot enough)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCover the pot and hold the lid on, swirl around to coat the kernels with oil. Shake the pan constantly to ensure all the corn pops and it doesn't burn.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eContinue cooking until the popping slows to less than one pop every few seconds. Remove from the heat and you are ready to add some flavours. The classic is melted organic butter and good sprinkle of Australian sea salt. Or if you like more of a spice kick try one of Crackfox Hot Sauce chilli shaker flavours! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry these organic ingredients together: butter, maple syrup, cinnamon powder, ginger powder: add all to the saucepan \u0026amp; heat. When butter is melted, add the popped corn, remove from heat and place lid on, then give the pan a good shake around.
