Did you know that many electrolyte supplements and "sports" drinks contain some questionable ingredients? Such as:

2. Sucralose, E955 the artificial sweetener in Splenda or aspartame, E951
3. Citric acid, which is now made by fermenting sugars such as molasses and corn starch (usually GMO) by Aspergillus niger, which is a type of fungus or mould. Another name for Aspergillus niger is black mould. The mould turns sugars into citric acid that's "deemed" safe to use in foods, cosmetics, and other products.
4. They are "claimed" to be "safe" during pregnancy (with an advice caution), for nausea/recovery from illness or diarrhoea, the elderly, toddlers, children, teenagers, athletes and more.
