Byron Blend is a medium dark+ roast, meaning 1/3 of the coffee in the blend is roasted dark for extra flavour. This Australian coffee blend is not for the faint of heart. Those that choose Byron Blend do so because they want an intense black coffee, or they want a milk coffee with an extra kick.
